1)first,check the scene for immediate danger. -Move yourself and the others to safety place
2)Second,check for breathing -Put your ear closed to the vivtim nose and mouth,and listen for slight breathing
3)Before that,check pulse pressure -Touch the neck carefully to indentify the pulse pressure
4)Then,perform the compressions to every 2 full breath -(Rate:80-100 per minute)keep the airway open,take the fingers pinch the victim nose closed make sure you breath slowly as will make sure the air goes in the lungs depress sternum 1 1/2 to 2 inches for adult and 1 to 1 1/2 for children
5)Finally,sent for help -Call for emergency medical sevice,repeat until victim is conscious or physician arrived(safety First 999)

CPR Save a Life
(1) First,laydown the victim on a hard surface.
(2) Second,open the airway to hear the victim breathing.
(3) Then,begin breathing rescue to help victim to be able to breath.
(4) After that,check the carotid pulse of the victim.
(5) Next, begin chest compression
on a top victim chest.
(6) Finally repeat the compression until the victim conscious.
Lab Instruction

(2) Second,wear the gloves to prevent your skin from infection.
(3) Next,use safety boots to avoid your foot from heavy metal.

Below is instruction before enter to production line:
First,please wear goggles to protect eyes from chemicals or metal splash,dust and eye impact injuries.
Second,before enter production line, all employee must wear safety boots to protect foot from sharp objects.
After that,make sure get a pair of glove before start working.
Finally, employees should wear earplug before enter noisy area.
CPR Procedures:
First,if unconscious open the airway keep the head straight up.
Second,if stop breathing,start rescue breathing with following steps:
*pinch nose with finger,blow 2 full breath in mouth.
*If airway is blocked,reposition head and try again.
*If still blocked,perform abdominal thrusts.
After that,make sure carotid pulse stable.
Then if no pulse,begin chest compressions steps:
*Press sternum by 1 1/2 to 2 inches for adult and 1 to 1/2 inches for children.
*Make 15 press to every 2 full breathes.(rate:80-100 per minutes).
Finally,repeat until victim is concious or physician arrived.
