I am a solar installer. I wear safety equipment. I sketch to get me an idea, before I am ready to draw. I like to discuss with my friends, when we are checking the panels. We screw all of the lossen nuts and tighten all of the panels. We put and arrange the panel. We check and inspect carefully. We monitor and supervise to make sure there is no problems. And we wrap the panels up to make them look like just as new.
I screw machines. I check machines. I tighten the screw. I inspect the machines. I wrap the machines. I put on my uniform.I wear safety boots. I have to keep my safety. I like to monitor.I supervise people. I sketch and draw everyday.I discuss with other. I cannot late.I do my work. Although I am a supervisor, But sometimes I make mistake. I'm not a robot!

NAME : ISWAR TITLE : INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANEL & INSPECTIONS
I wear Personal Protective Equipment, Then, I climb to the roof. I always remind to put a signage board “Work in progress” as a safety procedure. Before the assembly, I check the panel datum location and finally screw it by a screw driver. The quality inspector, inspect the assembly and reports, the screws are not tighten to the given torque. The electrical supervisor, supervise and monitor the works at site. The electrical drafter, draw and sketch the electrical drawing. I do the wiring based on the master drawing and the equipment that I have. I wrap the panel cables with water resistant cellophane tape and cut it off by using cutter. The electrical supervisor checks the functionality and record the thermal reading.

I am a solar installer. I wear safety equipment. I check the penal solar today. Today i put the solar panel at the rooftop. I always remember my member's to make sure tighten the solar panel. Today i have discuss with all my member's to certify a problem solar panel. My supervisor always monitor the all staff attendance. Today i use auto-cad sketch and draw solar panel design. Today my job also can wash and clean solar panel. I wear a harness for inspect solar panel on roof top. After finish work i always make sure all my member's wrap equipment's.
I am solar technician, I am designer, a maid and janitor, I am supervisor and a leader.
I can assemble solar panel, tighten solar clipper just a part of my job. I can inspect inverter performance and check solar panel on roof, I can wash and clean it on roof.
I capable to sketch and design, on paper or in computer, I capable wear harness my self to climb on roof,
I supervise Danial to screw Main Circuit Breaker properly, I will check after finish it, while I monitor my team to wrap solar panel and put all equipment away from falling or trip anybody. This my routine job before we leaving site.
I am leader that discuss before work, I am friend to cry after work.
