Usually in the morning Ali make a coffee before goes to work.The way he get to the car, Ali light up a cigarette and smoke along the way to the site. At night before start work ,Ali study about his project of install the solar panel and he also draw an auto cad design for electrical drawing.Ali text his friend Abu to company him visit project site. After one hour Abu came to the site, he make the connection wire and he also wrap the wire cable are lay on the ground. Abu take the screw driver to tighten the solar panel. Before he come back to home, he suddenly collapse on the floor because of he did't eat breakfast this morning. He take time to sit on the chair before back home.

I work at SHRDC.Many things I learn at SHRDC.I wears sweater because so cold.When I will arrive at SHRDC I look my friend and I shake hands with them.We are plan to go climb this weekend.At the rest time we all go to smoke.We are found one table was blocking the door and we are move the table.After that,we are easy to push and pull the door.Before we go back home,we must to clean our office.So after get off work,we feel want go to massage because we was tired.We drive the car to the front of the shop but finally the shop is not open.So we just go back home to relax and rest because tomorrow is still working.

En. Faris need to struggle in one month to lost the weight because his challenge himself . His plan to climb Mount Kinabalu and reach the summit successfully . Meanwhile , he stop by to drink water for thirsty . He presume the mount is not too high but his wrong . While his stop he lay down the body on the ground and think to build a tent becaused exhausted . The day is getting darker , he feel starving then he make a bbq for a dinner . He told his family about his progress . The next day , he needs jogging to get there early .
