Students were asked to listen to a conversation and present the outcomes of the discussion; problems, solutions and how the customer care personnel handled the situation.

The Happy Prince- Action!!
Students were requested to choose 4 characters (including The Prince and The swallow as part of them) and imagined that they were in the characters. They have to design and produce dialogues for the characters and present it to the class.

The Ghost - Plot and Delivery Styles
Based on the video, The Ghost, students were asked to discuss on the plot and delivery styles in order to make the story more interesting and effective.
