Everyday Redfoo begins his work by checking all the machine and schedule of his staffs. Then, he starts the briefing to his staffs which he manages their position and tells them the target for the day. After the briefing, he moves to one machine and another while asking his staff about the problem they face during the production routine. If there are problems, he calls the technician or maintenance team to verify and discuss about the problem. As a manager, he supervises his staffs and thinks about the best way to increase the efficiency of the production and productivity of his staffs. Therefore, the products defect and quality can be control and reduce. In the end of the day, Redfoo writes a report about the day progress and presents to his director. After that, he stops the production and starts to ask his staff to begin wrap. Before everybody leaves the factory, he congratulates and praises his workers for their work.

Every morning, Rosy comes to work earlier to avoid traffic. She begins her work at 9.30am after takes her breakfast. After that, she goes to her place and switches on the system. She leads her team to follow the instruction given by the manager. Then she chooses and separates the team and sets the deadline to finish the task. Rosy gets involve with the team to avoid interruption during the operation. On that day, there is a machine burst suddenly. Rosy immediately gives instruction to her team to switch off the machines. Then she calls the engineer to repair the machine. The engineer asks the staff to stay away from that machine. The engineer studies the manual before handles the machine. The engineer gives report to Rosy that the machine cannot be use anymore. Rosy hangs a red tag on that machine, so that the staffs will not access the machine.

Everyday, Johan works hard in the garage. Johan always guide his team about another staff that they cannot understand . Johan and his team discuss about their new project . He is a proper staff and so efficient . He monitor his new staff at the same time . He wear a goggle for safety . Sometimes , Johan skip his meals because to lot of work . Johan moves the damage customer car into the garage for the repair . He open the tool box to fix the car . After that , he gives the key to his customer to go back home . He checks his work neatly . He put the tires at place perfectly . Lastly , he clean the garage floor and than he close the garage . Johan go back home and rest for tomorrow .

As a designer, he needs to sketch and draw a new design of solar panel that specifically request by the client. He starts by jot down the ideas and thinks of the suitable design for the panel. After that , he starts to draft the design and present to his manager. Mr. Joe and his manager discuss about the draft and try to improve the design while calculate the efficiency of the solar panel. Once the project finish he wrap and write the report and go back home.
