Din-What happened last night,I heard there was an accident.
krill-Yes,last night there was a serious accident at worked,because the operator did not follow the steps given.
Din-Who sent him to the hospital last night,what kind of treatment that he had,should he get leave or he can still work.
krill-During the incident,I immediately called an ambulance, about half an hour later,the ambulance came to give a medical supplies to the victim,after the treatment the operator was given leave to recovered.
Din-Ok,If like that,you need to prepare and submit an accident report to me.

Rizal : Yes, it was an accident.

Rizal : He is hasan.He was there when the accident happened.He tested a machine and suddenly the machine exploded.
Saddam : How did the machine explode?
Rizal : It was bad wiring.
Saddam : Pity him.Where is he now?

Daniel:Yes Sir,yesterday it happened at 10 pm.Loader machine got problem and one of operators got injured.
Hasan:What happened to that operator?
Daniel:That operator wanted to catch the spannar and his hand stucked at the conveyor.
Hasan:Does the injury is serious and did you try to help him?
Daniel:It was not that serious,I called ambulance and took him to the hospital.

Karthik: Hi Omar, good morning.I received a mail today,there was an accident happened last night at work place.

Omar: One of the operators injured went she was walked beside the machine,she accidently kicked the machine cover and she is a new operator.
