Manager : Ms Aina , why are the downtime at the CNC Machines keeps recurring lately?
Supervisor : Ms Siti , I think the CNC Machines is too old. They start not functioning well.
Engineer : Ms Aina , I suggest we should replace the old CNC Machine with a new and latest technology machines. I think with a new machine , the down time record can be reduced.
Technician : Ms Siti , the old CNC Machine especially in the third line recorded the highest downtime.Compare to other machine.And the cost to repair it is too high. We better suggest to the upper management to buy a new one.
Manager : Ms Jiha , I want you to file up the sheet of the manual record. Because I need to show it our General Manager.
Supervisor : I will try to stack up the sheet manual record and send it to you by this afternoon.
Engineer : Ms Aina , a staff of technician also reported to me that our EDM Machine start to slow down lately.
Technician : Mr Ayie , a panel of Senior Technician has start to record the frequency of the EDM Machine breakdown. I will pass the record to you later.
Manager : Alright everyone. We will arrange a futher meeting about this matter.

MR ATAN: Hey everybody,i want to introduce you all to our new technician, Brother Shahidan. Starting from today, he will be working with you guys in this production line.
Shahidan: Hey everybody,nice to meet you all. I am glad to be in this very huge factory. I find out there are many machines and equipments here. Most of them are Bosch.
Amir: Yes, Bosch machines are good. In this production line, we need many machines to produce glove. 10 thousand units of gloves are produced daily.
Mr Atan: Our gloves are the best in the world. We provide gloves to big companies including Samsung, Continental and Proton.
Shahidan: Ouh, that is great . Afiq, can you share with me on what you are doing in this workplace? I can see 3 big tanks and many boxes have.
Afiq: As an operator, I do packing the gloves. 6 dozens of gloves are packed in a big box. Gloves are made from liquid latex stored in those tanks. We mix the raw latex with some chemical in order to make gloves. Our gloves are in very high quality.
Amir: By the way, Mr Atan, we got some problems with machine number 5 today. A bucket of latex accidently spilled onto the machine.
Mr Atan: Oh! Hopefully you can fix it by yourself. I will inform another 3 technicians to help you.

Zaqwan :Oh, I just saw him before I meet you. Better you go now before he leaves for his cup of coffee for his break .
Aswad :Hi Harith, Good to see you. I want to ask you about yesterday problem at Line A production.
Harith :oh Line A, okay tell me what you want to ask?
Aswad :Yesterday, Line A have to stop work.What are exactly happened ?because I need to make a report.
Harith :On yesterday case, machine at line A had a problem, the conveyor is verdict and we dont have any space to replace it
aswad :ohh okay, have you check in maintenance rooms?
harith :yes i already check on maintenance room,they have only 2 conveyor but the size not match on machine at Line A .
Aswad : Have you told Zainab and her team purchasing to order that item ?
Harith :She told me tomorrow, a set of conveyor will come but not sure what time it will arrive .
Aswad :Good to hear that,when the conveyor arrive can you continue assemble the conveyor and ask idham for assistants .
harith :yes, I will make sure when the conveyor arrive i will look for his help to assemble the conveyor as soon as possible .

Junaidi : There was some problem at the line two when i was using that machine .
Fathul : Can you describe the problem ?
Junaidi : When i use that machine it was not working sunddenly . I call Afif to check the
machine . He was not sure what had happend to the machine .
Afif : I met Farid to tell a problem .
Farid : I had to go check the machine . This machine needs to be maintained .
Fathul : When you can settle down that problem ?
