Jamal work as a Technician in Campbell. Everyday he commute to the factory with his motorbike,Hayaibusa Suzuki. After he sign in to work, he check the report for yesterday's machines. If nothing urgent, he talks and communicate with his coworker. Or else, he proceed to the broken machine that he need to prioritize. After he inspect the machine, he find out the main problem and will plan steps to fix it. Next, he will monitor any changes on the machine. If everything is fine, he only need to maintain it once in a while. After a day of hard work, he'll sign out and drive home....

David is a young enthusiastic. He works as an Operator Manager in a factory called Campbell’s Cheong Chan located at Petaling Jaya. He likes his job since working as an operator with a spirit of humility and curiosity. He will not go to his current job without the support of his family and friends. David has many friends, one of his close friends is Kumar who always helps him in various matters in managing his department to run smoothly. Every monday, they have to attend a meeting with their department. Their friendship inspired their colleagues hearts including their CEO of Campbell’s Cheong Chan Malaysia.

Every week, He will held a meeting with the Team Leaders and the Senior Technicians to discuss if there any updates or problem regarding the machines or workers. He always propose new safety measurement to prevent any serious injuries or might worse, casualties. If there any major problem with the machine and can't be fixed, He will makes a proposal to the Supply Chain Director, to replace the unrepairable machine with the new one. Sometimes, He will walks along the production line to check the products or helps His employees. Before going home, He will remind His employees to practice the 5s to make the environment clean and comfortable to work.

Mr.John is a responsible leader.He always think about their staff.Anyone can call him boss.He drive a local car,he is a typing of humble person.He can control their staff with never touch their sensitivity if he anger.He always look performance every staff.He always teach the new staff to step carefully.Every morning he told us to take and put things in the right place.He always told us to switch off the switch that was not used.He likes helping his worker find stuff, and he always insert possitive word.
