My name is Iwan. I work as a solar installer in a big company.I work with my partners Aiman. We both are happy working together. Each day,we will go to to the solar farm or sites to do our routine work. Usually,we check the solar panels first to identify if all the components were in good condition. Me and Aiman fix and forbid more losses in electricity if there are parts broken. We wrap the broken parts and we dispose it properly. We clean to ensure the site and plant always tidy and neat. Normally,Aiman packs all the tools inside a box as a preparation when needed. When on site,we push the trolley with our toolbox on it. Once done,I put back the toolbox inside the storage area. After that,we supervise each other work to keep improving ourselves. Lastly,me and Aiman monitor the outcome time by time for efficiency purpose. We prevent the variance in the outcome from being to varies.

We work at the same place, in SOLAR BINA SDN BHD locatedm in Bukit Raja ,Klang. Its a most famous solar system installer company in country. Everyday we wrap a roll of wires. For we prevent from to be stain and damage soon. Twice a day Uzair checks a components of solar panel. I put the tools near from the panel. We monitor the machine to prepare intallation. Uzair fixes the panel if a panel goes down.I push myself to give 100% commitment for our project. Uzair and I clean the site when the work is done. We supervise all the workers when they are o work under us. Uzair packs all the tools when the work has finish on site.
