Shafie is a supervisor at RSKL company. He has been working there for 3 months. He stays in a hostel at Kampung Baru flathouse. Everyday, he wakes up early in the morning at 6.30 a.m. He then takes his shower and eats breakfast. By 7.30 a.m, he leaves to work. He rides to work because he hates traffic jam. By 7.50 a.m he reaches workplace and punches in. As a supervisor , first he does a briefing to his technicians of engineering department. He then inspects and switches on the machine. Whenever there is a breakdown case , he will order the technicians to fix the machine. At the end he collects and records all the data in the maintenance table and submits it to the engineer department. At 5.00 p.m he punches out and rides back home.
Hisham wakes up at 6 am everyday. He takes his shower. He eats his breakfast before 7 am everyday. He starts his car engine and drives to work place at 7.30 am. He gives a briefing to production line about 15 minutes before they start doing their work. Hisham makes sure production line start their work before 8 am. He always supervise his staffs to avoid problem in production line. He briefs again at the evening shift to make sure production line is running smoothly. He takes action if have any major or minor problem. Lastly , he makes sure the production line in good condition before leaves the factory.
Faiz wakes up at 6 am everyday.He takes drink and his shower.He wear uniform already to work.He ride motorcycle goes to work.He takes time 30 minute.He go to punch card everyday when he work.His go to briefing with directors employees.He was directed to check the machines.He write reports about the machine.He takes tool bag for repairing the machines.He changes a nuts and fixed back old patch cable.
Mohamad is a supervisor. He wakes up everyday at 6.00am and takes his shower. He takes his breakfast after shower. He goes to work by his motorbike and he arrives at company at 7.40am and punchs card in. He calls his staff or technician to brief about preventive maintenance schedule. He checks all of the machine condition and stock item that he used. If any problem he writes a report for machine troubleshooting for his technician. Before that he gives his instruction. He checks the progress after lunch. After giving instructions and monitoring the whole day, he goes for punch card out and he hangs out with workmate before going home.
