Mr Sim is the production manager. He hire the new staffs. He organize the production team. He standardize all the S.O.P at all section. The production team discuss in the meeting room. Mr Sim explain to them about the new product. They enhance their skills. Mr Sim prepare the lunch coupon for the staffs. Before the lunch break, they que up for the lunch coupon. Mr Sim have secretary name Sarah. Sarah observes her subordinates. She counts the stock to make sure that the quantity is right. The demand for the product increase. The staffs support each other. Meanwhile, the HR collect the fund for the flood victim. The victim receive a large amount of money from Mr Sim. Mr Sim prove that humanity is important.

My job as technician. Every morning I start my job on 7.am before I start my duty I take breakfast I eat fast. So I do not waste my time and after that I continue with my job shortly. Firstly I count all fuse and after that I prepare all parts and tools. Sometime my boss ask to create one group to discuss our job task, how to keep all parts, how to handle the machine, how to use tools and materials. everyday we have to learn new things and skills. Besides that, we must to perform our job task so that my boss feel happy with our team.

First day I arrive at Campbell, I meet Mr.Haziq. He is the supervisor at my department. He bring me to my work station and introduce me to my colleuge. From that he teach me to use the machine. He slowly explain to me about work flow. Before we start our work, we need to check the machine to make sure it stay in good condition.He let me learn how to use the machine while he monitor me. After a few hours Mr Haziq visit us to watch our progress and talk to us about work and let us continue our work to make sure I understand the job.

Mr, Tan explain to the stuff about safety instruction. Factory provide the equipment completely. Production Line target must reach up to 100% in 2 years. Alex arrange the stuff to meeting room for the briefing. Alex carry a box of screw to soup factory and he wear gloves to avoid from accident. The technician apply the machine he use machine properly. The technician cut off the broken wires and he connect the new wire. Alex perform his job all the time working at the factory.
