Cham, Iswar and Magesh work in the same company. Every day, they ride to the office. When the security guards saw them, they will always whistle them as greeting. Iswar is the supervisor. He monitors Magesh and Cham. He also teaches them when they could not handle their job. Magesh is a technician. His job is to inspect the machines and make sure they are in good condition. Cham is the secretary. He searches and types the proposal.After that, he will bind them into a file so that he can propose it to the clients to get the job. In the office, they exercise 5S concept where they will hang the notes on the string that has been prepared, wrap the file up with a wrapper and roll the drawings properly and put it into their casing. They will never flip an item in the company.
Eiman, Aidil, Aisyah and Liyana Mr. Alex is a supervisor. He starts his day with a briefing about put the safety first in the workplace. He does the thumbprint system in order to controls and manages his workers properly. He always checks his workers neither their wearing proper safety gear. He always reminds his workers to arrange tools after been used. He discuss with the workers about how to implement 5S into working environment. At the end of the month, he will do the report about his workers performance. He always makes sure the machine run properly so they can achieve the target. Lastly, he hopes his workers keep focus and maintain the discipline at workplace.
Mr.Danial ask Haikal to talks to all staff to go meeting room for discuss about ISO auditor want to audit next week. In the meeting room, his advice to staff for prepares all documents properly. He asks Haikal to split and create projects document folder to two types, one merge by milestone another one by costing. All documents must be double check before all of you validate it with your managers.
Managers have to manage their staff and must make sure send the reports to Mr.Danial before been call on Friday. All reports must be put together on his table to be read by him.
